What is your mission:
You are going to join our office in Basel. Supported by your coach, your tasks will be to:
- Improve your technical understanding and extend your market knowledge of manufacturing, engineering and clinical research activities in life science in Switzerland
- Become an entrepreneur by developing your own business development style
- Build, develop and maintain strong partnerships with new clients
- Build-up and manage your team of consultants
- Participate, with the HR Team, in the recruitment MSc / BSc / PhD / Pharm D candidates according to your client’s needs and unleash their potential
- Be the ambassador of ALTOGEN’s team spiri
- Drive your business P&L
