Proposed project
You are going to join our new office and new team in Lausanne. Supported by the agency manager, your tasks will be to:
- Improve your technical understanding and extend your market knowledge of manufacturing, engineering and clinical research activities in life science in Switzerland
- Talent hunting on a high scientific level MSc / BSc / PhD / Pharm D/ MD
- Build, develop and maintain your candidate network
- Manage Recruitment Process form hunting to signature
- Participate in the recruitment strategy of your agency
- Be responsible of the employer branding
- Set up and Flow up recruitment KPI’s
- Be the ambassador of ALTOGEN’s team spirit
